5/17（金）静岡温室農業協同組合クラウンメロン支所様が主催する「春作品品評会」に特別審査員として日本平ホテル総料理長の渡辺シェフと、レストラン統括支配人の澤原 2名が審査に参加しました。
地区予選会を通過した40点のメロンの外観や内容を競う品評会で、生産者の技術向上に寄与しています。

On Friday, May 17, Chef Watanabe, Executive Chef and Mr.Sawahara, Restaurant General Manager of Nippondaira Hotel participated as special judges in the Spring Melon Show hosted by Shizuoka Prefecture Greenhouse Agricultural Cooperative Crown Melon Branch
The competition is held to evaluate the appearance and taste of 40 melons that have passed the regional qualifying rounds, and contributes to the improvement of growers' techniques.
